Loop Sofa: CNC plywood frame files
A cut-ready wooden frame for the Loop Sofa. Load the DXF files on your CNC, cut the 5 sheets, and assemble the numbered parts with through-slot joints. Your workshop then adds the foam and upholstery in any fabric you like.
What you get
- DXF files: 5 nested sheets (2440 × 1220 mm) with separate layers for inside cuts, outside cuts and part numbers
- PDF shop drawings: views from all sides, overall dimensions, exploded view and a numbered parts list
- PDF cutting & nesting report: sheet layouts, machine settings and parts per sheet
- 3D model: OBJ (other formats on request)
- Parts list (CSV) and a read-me with cutting notes

Is foam or upholstery included?
No. You get the files for the wooden frame only.
Which software opens the files?
DXF opens in all common CNC / CAM software.
Can I use a different sheet thickness?
The slots are drawn for 12 mm. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need another thickness.
How do I receive the files?
After payment you get a download link for one ZIP file (5 downloads, valid for 10 days).
